At Rove, we want you to love every piece you wear, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your fit isn't perfect, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange to ensure your wardrobe is exactly what you envisioned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your return en route to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
